Looks like my mail system changed the order of the screen shots.  The one that has the relevant data is the attachment that begins with 42

Sterling,
I found this on the St.Clair County parcel viewer site site
https://map.stclairco.com/parcelviewer/. It took 4 screen shots to get it all in for completeness, but I believe that the first screen shot is all that you need.  I have some familiarity with the Jefferson county site and I have noted a lag in it being up-to-date.

Issues with Chandler Gemini

Fred Rains

Came up this afternoon to look at the C14. Power  is fine and I’ll update the procedure for getting everything switched on.

When I power up the Gemini an alarm sounds, it chatters the RA and DEC, and neither display comes on. Only a single dot in the left. 18v is going to the controller and disconnecting the various connections had no effect. Also tried with and without the internal battery and no change.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,

Subject: [bas-astro] Last night at CMO.

I managed to get about 33 minutes of data last night. The clouds kept
getting in the way and I lost quite a bit of data. This is 49 shots at 45
seconds a piece. 10 darks and some bias shots added in. No flats. I need
to start doing flats. Stacked and edited in ImagesPlus and PSEXPRESS.

I stayed up there till around 11:45 all by myself. Clouds were
intermittent. It looked like it was getting worse and then as I was packing
up it cleared again! Sheeesh!

You managed to get a nice image given the conditions.

I enjoyed meeting you and everyone last night and look forward to many more ventures.

I look forward to my first time there, if I can find it :)

My wife wants to come and we won't be able to leave until 6:30 from Hoover after she gets off work.  I hope arriving later won't cause a problem with the car lights, so let me know if it will.  Thanks.

Oops. Can’t make this one. Game starts at 7PM…. 🏈

Going to be a gorgeous evening. I spent several hours over the past couple of nights on the back deck here off Valleydale. It was really nice! Low humidity and not a cloud in the sky. Compared views between my 89mm Mak and my 6” Dob on a few carbon and double stars and several of the Fall deep sky beauties. The Mak held its own. Neither one could eke out NGC 891 in Andromeda - a nice one from a darker spot -  even after midnight when the area high school stadium lights were all out.

Everyone have a great time!
